oo1. In order to explore the Safari Zone, you must first register your trainer at the Front Desk, using the posting format provided. You will then be able to make a thread in the relevant area, and be provided with one Safari Ball.
oo2. You may take one companion Pok?mon with you into the Safari Zone. This Pok?mon will not be able to battle any Pok?mon you come across; you must rely solely on your wits and luck to ensure a capture!
oo3. Up to three Pok?mon from the lists provided will be spawned at random by a moderator, using a random number generator. This is to ensure that, if you really don't want the first Pok?mon, or it gets away from you as a result of the plot of your thread, there are two more to fall back on...it may even be worth waiting to see whether you stumble across anything rare later!
oo4. Wild Pok?mon you encounter will match the level of your companion Pok?mon.
oo5. It is quite possible to walk away from the Safari Zone empty-handed. If you turn down the first two Pok?mon spawned, there is no guarantee you will get the third.
oo6. As well as requiring additional Gym Badges to access, later areas also have a proportionately higher cost to access, as the chances of finding something rare increase. Consult the Front Desk for the cost of each area.
oo7. Safari threads will go on for as long as necessary. However, upon completion of a thread, your character must wait for seven days before they can enter the Safari Zone again.
oo8. All Safari Zone threads are private; you cannot encounter other people's characters. This is to ensure fairness of spawns and capture.
oo9. Do not ask what other Pok?mon have been selected if you do not like the first Pok?mon spawned; you will not be told. This is a game of chance. Want to know what else you could find? You'll just have to take the risk.
